This is a fairly hefty 4" speaker with a big magnet. I use the magnet to hold various screws removed during disassembly. Most metal parts will stick to the magnet, those that don\'t stick either go into a paper cup or a zip-lock baggie. Of course, if the amp goes over to the "waiting for parts" shelf, all screws are removed from the magnet and go into the baggie.
Since it\'s on the underside of the shelf (16" above the bench), the magnet is out of the way and always within arm\'s reach.
This trick has the added benefit of providing a convenient way to magnetize a screwdriver to start screws in hard-to-reach spots. 3 passes along the magnet and the driver will hold most screws. '; 1;
